{"id":16230,"date":"2025-02-12T18:40:18","date_gmt":"2025-02-12T18:40:18","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/odon.edu.uy\/sitio\/?page_id=16230"},"modified":"2025-03-06T18:40:18","modified_gmt":"2025-03-06T18:40:18","slug":"grupo-csic-patologia-y-morfologia-molecular-en-estomatologia","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/odon.edu.uy\/sitio\/grupo-csic-patologia-y-morfologia-molecular-en-estomatologia\/","title":{"rendered":"Grupo CSIC Patolog\u00eda y Morfolog\u00eda Molecular en Estomatolog\u00eda"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"wpb-content-wrapper\"><p>[vc_row css=&#8221;.vc_custom_1727365730632{margin-top: -150px !important;}&#8221;][vc_column][vc_empty_space height=&#8221;100px&#8221;][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h1>Grupo CSIC Patolog\u00eda y Morfolog\u00eda Molecular en Estomatolog\u00eda<\/h1>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=&#8221;2\/3&#8243; el_class=&#8221;texto-alineacion-izq&#8221;][vc_column_text]<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La investigaci\u00f3n del Grupo CSIC 881880 se centra en la identificaci\u00f3n de nuevos marcadores moleculares asociados al comportamiento biol\u00f3gico de diversos procesos patol\u00f3gicos propios del aparato estomatogn\u00e1tico (regi\u00f3n maxilofacial) como pueden ser procesos neopl\u00e1sicos, infecciosos o reactivos. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Al mismo tiempo, pretende hacer hincapi\u00e9 en la identificaci\u00f3n de los mismos marcadores en la contraparte normal o tejido sano buscando su posible funci\u00f3n, y en c\u00f3mo la alteraci\u00f3n de la misma se refleja en la patog\u00e9nesis de la enfermedad a estudiar. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En espec\u00edfico, actualmente, el trabajo se basa en la identificaci\u00f3n de marcadores de proliferaci\u00f3n celular, adhesi\u00f3n celular, angiog\u00e9nesis, apoptosis e histodiferenciaci\u00f3n en tumores odontog\u00e9nicos y g\u00e9rmenes dentales en diversos estadios de la odontog\u00e9nesis, as\u00ed como el estudio de biomarcadores asociados a invasi\u00f3n en c\u00e1ncer oral. Se estudia a nivel gen\u00f3mico, prote\u00f3mico y transcript\u00f3mico, utilizando diversas t\u00e9cnicas de t\u00e9cnicas de biolog\u00eda molecular e inmunohistoqu\u00edmica en tejidos y cultivos celulares. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Otra l\u00ednea que se est\u00e1 implementando es la de identificaci\u00f3n de prote\u00ednas asociadas al proceso de resorci\u00f3n \u00f3sea en pacientes con enfermedad periodontal.
