Abstract
Te constant evolution of Implantology in recent years has made osseointegrated implant an effective and safe anchorage for buco-maxillo-facial prostheses. The high success rates, which arise from clinical studies, confrm that osseointegrated implants are the treatment of choice for certain patients1. Te objective of this work is the presentation of a clinical case, in which oral implants were installed, to anchor an orbital prosthesis. The patient was attended in the Faculty
of Dentistry of the University of the Republic, in the Service of Prosthesis Buco Maxilo Facial, in conjunction with the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial
Implantology
